Your Session Is An Investment

No need to pick, choose and/or purchase your images separately! Sessions are all inclusive and include high resolution digital files, a print release and a personalized, online gallery to print and share from. This means that you can download the images from your gallery, print them however you wish and at whatever size your heart desires as well as share your gallery with your loved ones for them to do the same! All galleries include an online store at your fingertips making printing easier than ever!

Oh..and...I always over deliver...SURPRISE!

Once you have completed your booking form and submitted your non-refundable retainer, I will email you to discuss next steps! We will discuss a location that would work best for you and your family. 

All non-studio sessions are held one hour before sunset, Monday through Friday, to accommodate best lighting conditions. 

If you are booking an Orchard package, we will work with you to find the best date and time for your extended family session.

Newborn sessions are hosted within the first 14 days of birth. These time sensitive sessions take place on Saturday or Sunday, in the morning, at Nic White Photography's in home studio in the Indian Trail neighborhood. 

All sessions (excluding mini, sitter and newborn sessions) include 40 miles of round trip travel from Spokane, WA (99208). Looking to shoot at a location that is a little ways away? Not a problem! Each additional mile outside of the 40 that are included is .58 per mile. We are always excited to shoot on new properties so long as proper permissions are obtain by the client and travel fees are paid for! 

Newborn sessions are hosted at Nic White Photography studios in Spokane, WA (Indian Trail Neighborhood). Our in home studio requires that clients use stairs to access and exit our studio space.

Studio Restrictions for Newborn & Sitter Sessions

Your family’s safety and the safety of all of my clients  is my number one priority. In order to maintain a safe studio space, the following guidelines will be in place and are mandatory in order to host your session. Please be prepared to adhere to these so that we can continue to safely host newborn sessions in our studio space:

• No outside props allowed in the studio at this time.
• All shoes and socks are to be removed upon entering the studio.
• All family members will be asked to wash their hands (or sanitize their hands) BEFORE entering the studio.
• The studio is very, very small. I ask that parents enjoy watching their session from the sitting area just outside the studio in order to maintain social distancing as much as possible.
• Siblings and additional family members are to exit the studio once their portion is done. No additional guests/onlookers allowed at this time.
• If you or your family have been ill in the past 14 days, please notify me immediately. We will reschedule your session to the next available spot (no rescheduling fee required). Should you or your family display any signs of illness at the time of your session, the session will end immediately and a rescheduling fee will need to be paid.
